People for Education's Annual report on Ontario’s publicly-funded schools is an audit of the education system – a way of keeping track of the impact of funding and policy choices in schools across the province. This report, based on survey results from 1,196 Ontario principals shows there may be a disconnect between provincial policy, which stresses the relationship between guidance programs and overall student success, and the reality in Ontario schools.
